Warranty Coverage
isinWheel.EU provides warranty services to customers throughout Europe.
The scooter has a 12‑month warranty against original defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
This covers the cost of labor and parts required to keep your scooter in proper working order during the 12‑month warranty period.

Warranty Periods
Consumables: 6 months (drums, motor, controller, instrument, accelerator, charger).
Other parts: 12 months (all other parts except the above-listed consumables).

Water / Rain Use
The warranty covers use during light rain and riding over puddles, but not immersion in water or prolonged exposure to heavy rain.
Use in these conditions will void the warranty.

Please retain your proof of purchase and order number for reference when making warranty claims.

Return Policy (30 days)
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact support@isinwheel.eu with your order number and a detailed description of the reason for the return.
Our team will provide further instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be applied to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same steps as returns. Once the returned item is received, we process the exchange and ship the replacement.

Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@isinwheel.eu.
We may request photos or videos to assess the issue. In such cases, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Inspection & Approval
Returns, refunds, and warranty repairs are handled after inspection.
Isinwheel is responsible for repair and warranty decisions once the product is inspected, and warranty parts or return requests will be accepted when confirmed eligible.

Exemptions / Not Covered
Accessories are not covered under the warranty (including accessories purchased separately).
Damage from improper use (over‑speed/overloading/overweight), prolonged exposure to rain or immersion in water,
misuse/neglect or failure to follow the owner’s manual, purchases from unauthorized resellers, or use of non‑original parts / unauthorized modification
voids the warranty.

How to Make a Complaint

Please fill out the warranty information sent by customer service to initiate warranty service.

Accessory Issues (Outside Warranty)
If there are quality issues with accessories outside the warranty period, report them within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement.
Otherwise, the buyer must purchase the replacement at their own expense.
